Beiti does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs entirely offline on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers. Everything you add — your appliances, maintenance schedules, and notes — stays on your phone.

None. Beiti does not collect any personal information or usage data.
The app stores the following on your device only:
- The appliances and home systems you add (brand, model, purchase date, notes)
- Maintenance schedules and reminder settings
- Documents and photos you choose to attach to an appliance (receipts, warranty cards, installation reports, photos)
- App preferences (such as your language choice)
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Documents & Photos You Add
Beiti lets you attach files — such as purchase receipts, warranty cards, or photos — to each appliance, so your paperwork is in one place. When you pick a file, a copy is saved inside the app's private storage on your device. These files stay on your device, are never uploaded anywhere, and are removed when you delete the appliance or the app. Beiti only accesses files you explicitly select; it does not scan your photo library or storage.
Notifications
Beiti can send you local maintenance reminders. These notifications are scheduled and shown entirely on your device. No reminder content is sent over the internet or to us.
Calling Service Centers
Beiti includes a built-in list of authorized brand service contacts. When you tap to call one, your device's phone app opens with the number pre-filled. Beiti does not place the call itself, does not record it, and does not learn who you called. The call is handled entirely by your phone carrier.
Third-Party Services
None. Beiti does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. There are no SDKs from Google, Meta, or any other company embedded in the app.
Network Usage
Beiti makes zero network connections. All app content, including the authorized contacts database, is bundled with the app. The app works fully offline.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone because we do not collect any data.
Data Deletion
Since Beiti does not collect personal data, there is nothing to delete from our end. To remove everything stored locally, delete the app from your device or clear its data in your system settings.
Children's Privacy
Beiti does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page with the new date. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
